well after the fights everyone starts chatting but if u got alot of ppl talking on vent during a fight it gets to crazy and hard to hear

reminds me alot of my guild... everyone does their thing and is quite while one guy gives out commands. No fucking around.

I hear ya man. We also find that if we need to split teams for a single task (such as with Gothik, Four Horsemen, etc.) we'll move members of each team into separate Vent channels so the two calls of each team aren't interfering with each other. Then we move back into the same Vent channel when the teams are done their separate tasks and need to join up again.
