1. Letting the bar rest ( a stop squat) works on power and acceleration
2. Jumping is a result of his own power, agreed its a heavy load, but this guy is powerful.
3. And thanks Jon for the comment. I have been working with this player since he was 15. Took him 6 years to build up to this.....

Guys like this work with certified trainers. They wouldn't be doing anything they're not supposed to.
