    1. Letting the bar rest ( a stop squat) works on power and acceleration

    2. Jumping is a result of his own power, agreed its a heavy load, but this guy is powerful.

    3. And thanks Jon for the comment. I have been working with this player since he was 15. Took him 6 years to build up to this.....

  • Guys like this work with certified trainers. They wouldn't be doing anything they're not supposed to.

  • Are those bumper pads? IE each ones like 10lbs?

  • He really shouldn't be letting the bar go into a resting phase.

  • @NastyDangler or jumping when he comes back up.. its all about form not that crazy shit hes doing.. lol
