If you play close enough attention to videos similar to this usually you can tell (like for someone "falling" to their "death") that their body will look unrealistic or going too fast at the point where the shock factor is. Hard to explain, Computers can only bring realism so far atm. With this video it's harder to tell due to the low quality that already exists...Usually you would see a quality inconsistancy, the rendering quality would drop on object.
