I remember this, I didn't like xbox back then, and i would have bought and xbox just for that game, no only that game. Thats how aswome this game was, i researched and grabed every bit off data me and my friends could find, it was so awsome, there was a lot of things you could do, so much more even than runescape or mabinogi, (and for some strange reason wiki don't have all of the game data listed from what i remember!!!) anyway we were very disapointed to find that it was going to be canceled.

Well, for those wondering why it was cancelled, it was a smart decision, but also a fatal one. It was cancelled because it was nearing the end of the XBOX life cycle. Fatal meaning, it ended up putting the game from hiatus status, to completely dead :(

I think the plan was originally to postpone it for the XBOX 360. Not gonna happen now. Well, at least we got Dragon Quest VIII for the PS2! Closest we'll ever get to TFLO.

Only reason that this game didnt publish was because lvl5 and Microsoft couldnt come to terms for the devlopment. To also follow the release date was 2003. Then they stoped do to xbox 360 starting devlopment.

They can continue; but it would reqire alot of work.
