  • 1. End The Fed, 2. Veterans Rights.

  • This young man make me proud to be an American.

    Rumble young man, rumble

  • wow, im really suprised fox let him speak, and put it on TV. And he was smart he did not single out fox news as being guilty otherwise I am sure they would not have let him speak.

  • TV = POISON

  • cable tel-EVIL-ision needs a worldwide shutdown.

(instead of the internet neutrality they want).

  • him for president!

  • I think this man is what it is all about. Thank you whoever you are, not only for your service in the military, but your service in the revolution. It will be the military men and women like him that really help to lead and shape this revolt. Cheers, and a shout out to "American Epitaph" by Damien Darby

  • who the fuck dislikes this??? wow! you got to be one dumb ignorant mother fucker to dislike this

  • There is video of this on youtube elsewhere w/a bit better sound..search Tony Baluza ..not his name actually but that's how the video is titled..

  • Tony Velloza is his name---great speaker!

  • all you racist teabaggers,if you didnt learn enough, come to occupy ,all you have to loose is your chains and get educated at the same time....

  • What an absolutely fantastic Representation of the movement - he is brilliant - massive respect!!

  • Well said. Hear, hear. This young man passionately explains part of the Occupy Movement to FOX News LA LMAO

  • Why not just support Ron Paul? He's the most consistent politician, the whole "end the fed" talk? He was the guy that started it! And he stands for the very same principles the guy was talking about in the video.

Register Republican NOW to vote for him in the primaries, look him up on google, spread the message. Restore America now.

  • @RiNSpy Ron Paul is in favor of no government oversight for corporations, and we already know how well they protect the environment and workers rights on their own. Secondly he favors states rights to roll back things that are currently federally protected such as the right to get an abortion. Oh and also he's a racist.

  • @soangry That is not correct. You're twisting the truth a little bit. It's that government oversight on corporations that drives these companies out of America with miles of mandates, regulations, sanctions, red tape, taxes, and penalties in the first place. How can we compete or bring in a cash flow when all the cash is leaving overseas?

  • @soangry I wouldn't be able to explain this in a youtube comment - you will have to research it yourself.

But think about this - if Ron Paul's policy are so good for corporations, why are corporations fighting him and his policies and ideas so hard?

The truth is, the free market provides much tougher oversight for corporations than any government. Give the government too much power to regulate, and that power will inevitably be bought by corporations.

  • BRAVO. BRAVO. APPLAUSEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • fucking brilliant

  • Wow, that's one of the best interviews/representations I've heard from the mainstream media yet. Bravo! Well said brother; thank you...

  • @photogreedy...if you were a vet, you would have put your life on the line just like so many others. Most of these men & women join the military because it's so difficult to get another job & they need to support their families, or they want an education & the military is there best chance at getting one. After serving in horrendous conditions & witnessing brutal travesties of inhumanity, many of them physically or psychologically traumatized or irreparably damaged, they come home to find their

  • Yeah, that sound is horrible. Cant hear anything. And I think he's lying. Never seen him before that night.

  • Man I'm glad they let this future aerospace engineer talk so long... he's a badass!!!

  • They don't want to cause harm? Why do they show up to peaceful protests decked out in riot gear while swinging batons?

This is what happens when a privately owned company (The Federal Reserve) controls the tax dollars, they can buy the police.

  • Brilliant. Massive props to this guy.

  • @Yamashaalemi7 I'll try to see what I can do about subtitles. I know the sound sucks. I recorded it with my iPhone. :-/

  • Holy crap. Fox is covering something without bias...

  • Comment removed

  • Good shit

  • I cant hear it much, add subtitles please?

  • Yep this sure solved a lot, good job guys government is fix'd now

  • @ohgoditseverywhere1

the next step is for civilians to be killed by the police & military. this is a first step. revolution isn't fun or pretty. look at all the footage of the people in the Egyptian Revolution. It's going to get ugly & VERY scary, THEN things will change.

  • "like" this video is a MUST

  • Oh shit I hadn't seen this video... Badass... Anyway shit got really ugly at OccupyLA after the news media was gone.... Cops were chasing us block by block.....

  • Someone get that guy a sandwich and a blowjob! Well done!

  • For a people who are free, and who mean to remain so, a well-organized and armed militia is their best security.

    Thomas Jefferson

  • If the Occupy Movement actually had leaders, this man would be one of them, but we don't, so more power to this man and the movement!

  • @andrewfyip The whole idea is not to have leaders, they aren't neccessary. There are many people as or even more informed as this gentelman in the movement. Bravo! These folks need more air time.

  • Shit. I can't hear :/

  • *Appluase*

  • CRUSHED IT!!! And he is just a kid.

  • Subtitle D - Counterterrorism

SEC. 1031. DEFINITION OF INDIVIDUAL DETAINED AT GUANTANAMO.

In this subtitle, the term ‘individual detained at Guantanamo’ means any individual who is located at United States Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, on or after March 7, 2011, who-- (1) is not a citizen of the United States or a member of the Armed Forces of the United States; and (2) is in the custody or under the effective control of the Department of Defense.

    Did I miss something? Help.

  • @maxpower789z Do you research, this military appropriations bill must be renewed and voted upon. That document is almost five years old. He talks about a bill that is in Congress right now- listen! The new bill basically expands on what you so thoughtfully posted, stating that citizens may also be detained without trial and suspension of habeas corpus if they are deemed to be involved in domestic terrorism or subversive activity where the "war" is being fought on US soil.

  • @tigreliliana Drop the attitude...I'm willing to listen, as are many people...makes it hard when its some asshole with a sarcastic Occupy-ish attitude. How about a link or something...help a brotha out

  • Don't give up!

  • “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

    -Joseph Goebbels

  • Damn sooooo on point, and they actually aired it, YAY!

  • @righttofeelsafe I was watching this and I honestly was expecting the reporter to either stop and go to another person or pan the camera somewhere else and start moving away. Glad that this was live and the man was very eloquent indeed. Gotta love these vets.

  • Tony for president!

  • And he brought up that satanic bill!!!! Yeah, baby!!!

  • Let's how long it takes for the global elite to to delete this video...

  • National Defense Authorization Act= absolute evil and a stain to the US Constitution.

  • the ndaa pisses me off.

  • leave peacefully, but the cops have guns, pepper spray, and batons. who is advocating violence? pay attention and wake up.

  • Well said. Thank you for posting this :)

  • If I was a veteran I should wouldn't rub people's faces with it or brag about it. This vet chose to enlist he wasn't drafted.

  • my hero

  • The title of this video should be called, "OccupyLA veteran Eloquently explains to Fox 11 Why the Rest of the World Needs to Wake the Eff UP!"

  • Great Job

    !!!!

  • Das my boy TONY!!! What a way to put it down man.

"Economic problems create social problems, social problems in turn create political problems. And if they 're all united on one side against us, who can we turn to? Peaceful protest is the last thing we've got."

National Defense Authorization Act shout out on LOCK.

"The Constitution means more to me than a personal record."

    You are my hero <3

  • Get a fukn job stop Communism! Stop playing MW3 and crying about other peoples success and make your own!!!

  • @kendawg951 Troll. I doubt you even listened to what he had to say.

  • @kendawg951 u didnt listen to wut he said did you?

  • Lol @ the reporter not knowing what to say.

  • this guy def knows what hes talking about... total ownage

  • Why is it when a Latino or Black speaks with a complete thought the media labels it eloquent or (my personal favorite) articulated? The guy is obviously well informed. Enough with the racially unconscious rubbish!

  • @Lupinibeans I think you are looking into it too much. Chill out, yo.

  • @Lupinibeans huh? I don't think this guy's race occurred to anyone before you mentioned it. I saw exactly the same response as this video is getting when Jesse was interviewed on Fox except that one was never broadcast but instead went viral online. What has this guy's race got to do with anything? He is unquestionably more eloquent and informed than 90% of the country's population. If you disagree, you need to step aside and see what we've become.

  • I wish that more people were as informed on the injustices that face ordinary citizens. Everyday there are human rights/civil rights violations (whether it be here in America or elsewhere). The so-called watchdogs (i.e. mass media) often ignore covering such abuses/violations (in support of the administration and to prevent civil unrest). I just hope that some politicians out there really did support the Occupy Wall Street movement and hope that some former occupiers take office.

  • I was surprised FOX even let this guy even speak! lol they must of regreted it b/c he owned this convo!

  • @chriselchico Fox 11 is LA Based, and they are actually decently liberal when it comes down to things. Yes, its the same company as Fox News, but still, run by different people.

  • I wish all the media outlets would post more speakers with a clear vision and the same amount of time devoted to letting him speak his mind in full like this man.

  • THIS IS AMAZING! Can we get a copy with better sound?

  • Tony Velloza, u r awesome man, i'm proud to serve with you in occupy santa ana. your passion, enthusiasm, dedication inspire a crusty, cynical guy like me, who stayed in the struggle all this time, cuz you're not alone. a lot of good folks have felt this way FOR A LONG TIME NOW. finally the rest of the US is beginning to get what the rest of the world gets. the BANKSTERS HAVE RUN AMOCK AND WE GOTTA RESIST THEM!!

  • Great Job.

  • hell yes

  • incredible

  • gee you think this reporter is bias?

  • this is going viral for damn sure

  • 4:27 3/2 ????????

  • @ijm95689 Some of these groups don't have mutual exclusivity. For example the man himself being interviewed was both a student and a veteran.

  • I'm surprised they didn't cut him off xD

  • This is the type of leadership their movement needs!

  • Righteous !

  • Civil. Eloquent. Calm. Excellently done.

  • This is great!

Such a shame Fox Reporters continue to either, sympathize falsely, or claim to play "devil's advocate" but make those who don't know what they're protesting against represent the whole movement.

They will spend 75% of interview time on a protester who is there for the wrong reasons...and is high off his mind.

  • Beautifully spoken.

  • He knows what he's fighting for, he knows what's going on, and he knows what his end goals are.

Unfortunately, most of the other protestors have no idea or direction.

  • @gillettecrackers That is so untrue.

  • @gillettecrackers yea man you're wrong; just because you're uninformed does not mean everyone else is.

  • @gillettecrackers They have an idea, but the direction is certainly lacking. But I don't think these protests were ever meant to be about being the change, but the catalyst for the beginning of the change. People have to be made aware of the problem before they can help to fix it.

  • @rojorulet Movement accomplished... nothing. People were already aware of the economy, the infinite issues occupy represented were things people are already aware of, this will just be forgotten.

  • @AdventuresWithKevin For most it takes more than being aware to incite action, it takes being affected on a personal level which is beginning to happen. People have been made aware of AIDS in africa and our degrading oceans but those are easily forgotten because they are not close to home. The current situation with the economy, lobbyists, and a militarizing nation has only begun to effect and will only continue to affect us more and more, making it impossible to be forgotten

  • so true man
