Secondly he favors states rights to roll back things that are currently federally protected such as the right to get an abortion. Oh and also he's a racist.

But think about this - if Ron Paul's policy are so good for corporations, why are corporations fighting him and his policies and ideas so hard?

The new bill basically expands on what you so thoughtfully posted, stating that citizens may also be detained without trial and suspension of habeas corpus if they are deemed to be involved in domestic terrorism or subversive activity where the "war" is being fought on US soil.

I wish that more people were as informed on the injustices that face ordinary citizens. Everyday there are human rights/civil rights violations (whether it be here in America or elsewhere). The so-called watchdogs (i.e. mass media) often ignore covering such abuses/violations (in support of the administration and to prevent civil unrest).
