yuriko can float in the campaign.

she just got out so she doesn't have that ability yet i guess

Yuriko floats in the other levels of her mini-campaign, but doesn't have the focus to in this first level.

And the Yuriko-clones in Skirmish/RA3, ya they all float.

Likely it's a continuity reference. Maybe she's essentially RA3 Timeline's equivalent to Yuri.

This video is a demonstraion of the RA3 Expansions Sub-campaign which has different gameplay(hack 'n' slash) than the RA traditional RTS method.
