I think Fassad's and Salsa's themes sound Italian as a reference to the organ grinders who would make monkeys dance for people's amusement (something Fassad does once, as well as making Salsa dance for other reasons), so it might actually be Fassad's Arabic clothes what don't fit with the theme.
