I love Sesame Street, but I wish they'd update this with a child that is tube fed. I have a 3 year old that loves to watch these videos but this particular issue should be addressed since there are literally millions of beautiful children who eat via tube. I have never seen a tube-fed child on Sesame Street before.

Im glad they kept the original soundtrack. Unlike the new version of "I Believe in Little Things" I recently saw, and its a computer animated version of dancing ribbons and a new person singing Joe Raposo's song. Its like a slap in the face!
