Why, why whyyyyyyyyyy put the music over the sound of original video?!
There should be a crime against that. You got a great collections of overtakes. Too bad for the sound... The music is not even from the era of those races. In my opinion, 10 points for the video but 0 for the sound of it.
Keke was a brilliant driver. He should have won multiple championships but he was driving most of his career inferior car against superior turbo charged cars. Always flat out taking everything out of his equipment. Beating Lauda, Prost, Piquet, Mansell, Senna, Villeneuve and the others. One of the best, if not the best, overtakers during his area! Should he have continued for few more years he would have won many more races and one or two championships more for sure! He retired little too soon.
Yes, Rosberg beat Mansell when they were team mates in Williams in 1985. He led more laps than Prost that year (who won the title). Had Rosberg remained in Williams for 1986 (instead of signing for McLaren) I think he probably would have won his 2nd title, and possible another one in 1987(Piquet would never have ended up replacing him)
Another interesting speculation is if he chose to continue to drive for McLaren in 1987 and then in 1988..
Can't forget his 360-and-continue-without-losing-a-place-like-nothing-happened at Long Beach 83. Gilles' equal. That's the highest compliment I can give.
Because ignorant people only stare at numbers, rather than individual race performances. People say he was lucky to win the 1982 title, but conveniently forget his car was far from best, and while Prost and Arnoux had a powerful turbo Renault, Villenueve and Pironi had a turbo Ferrari (which won the constructors' title), Piquet had a Brabham turbo BMW, and McLaren's MP4 was arguable the best non-turbo car, Rosberg did wonders with his Williams FW08.
