The film's Korean and it's called 'My Sassy Girl' (later made into a Hollywood remake, which was a bad copy of the original).

The actress's name is Jeon Ji-Hyun, who was also in 'il Mare', a movie also remade by Hollywood, this time with a new name - The Lake House - with Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock.

If you want to see some Jeon Ji-Hyun movies watch 1. My Sassy Girl. 2. il Mare and 2. Windstruck.

She was also the lead actress in the recent 'Blood - The Last Vampire."
