  • @NETWizzJbirk - thanks for the comment. The disc is similar to a wok as it is a parabolic / domes shape however the disc is much thicker and does not have such a steep shape.

  • Just ran across your site searching for an outdoor wok setup! I like it! How hot does it get? Does it get hot enough to cook stir fry at a very hot temp?

    Are there any dealers in east Texas...Longview/Tyler area?

  • @atcnick Thanks for the inquiry. Temperature ranges depending on the oil of choice but the DISC-IT will easily exceed 500 degrees F. Closest dealer is Ft Worth Tx.
