  • I was 16 in 1996 and this remains my fav album from back then ...sooo much youthful energy ...and not overproduced

  • This is a great song. I'll always love Jimmy Eat World no matter what but, I kind of wish that they would still do stuff like this. Mix it up with their newer sound.

  • WoW! F-in Love Jimmy Eat World! Listenin to alot of Jimmy Eat World, Hey You!, The Offspring, Weezer, Paramore, No Doubt, and Blink-182....

Hey You! is still pretty new, but they're waaay dope. Rock/Punk/Pop with a real cool edge. Plus they've got a cute chick singer ;-) ....check em out....

search "hey you band taking over"

  • Those are pretty nice screams or a non metal band.

  • by FAR the best album by them..

  • This their best album. I would include Clarity also, but it was a sign of the crap to come.

  • Man, this record is fucking awesome.

  • Forgot how much I love this album

  • It would be beyond awesome if they played some music from this album at one of their shows.

  • i wonder how they recorded this?

  • this takes me back.

  • i love when jim screams for seconds gone around 1:53, awsome

  • if it was not for this song...i never would have got into jew.

  • I love this song. My favorite JEW song.

  • i miss the old JEW sound. I honestly don't like most of their newer stuff at all..

  • yea, i agree, i hate their newer songs like in the middle. only real fans know about their first two albums.

  • When I was still in High school their older stuff (I really loved the split they did with Jebediah) got me through some shitty times. Crap. I feel like i'm getting old. haha.

  • well, its cool to see someone that also prefers their old stuff lol.

  • mate, i know what you mean. though i only got into them witht he release of bleed american, they were my highschool days, and got me through some times also. praise jimmy!

  • what?! one of the weakest?! i thought it was one of the best songs on the album...and that outro is epically original - discordant but it fits, like the vibe of the song

  • Definitely a bad ass song. Being more used to their later, lighter sound, this song kicked me in the teeth when I first listened to it. Very edgy and forceful.

  • one of the albums weakest

still good, and i like them sharing vocals like this, but it doesnt stand out on SP

  • i'm a JEW fan, but i gotta say... what's that outro all about.. that's kinda messed up
