  • :o)

  • someone knows what is the name of the song?

  • ill be in japan in a month, i would tune that for you for free if i was going to live nearby!

its nice to see i wont be without the ability to see these great machines in Japan

  • I agree whith everyone, it is out of tune, and is struggling. New valves, tubing and pnumatic cloth defintatly, and possibly the humidity is too low.

  • in Japan i expect the humidity is far far too high ;)

  • This must be worst musical museum in the world - I thought the clips of their AEolian Pipe Organ were bad, but this is something else. This noble beast sounds like a clapped-out speakeasy nickelodeon. Does this Museum not have maintenance staff, or even tuners?

  • Please get this piano restored and tuned

  • Please have this baby restored.... (and yes Karl, sadly it IS a Duo-Art roll)

  • Is that even a themed roll? It certainly sounds like a straight 88 note roll to me.

  • it is a nice roll though, love to hear it played on a resored Duo-Art

  • all the expression of a robot and twice the speed. These instruments can play better than this when properly maintained and operated.

  • @pianolasociety I agree. All the Ampico posts are at least believable musically. None of the Duo-Art posts are worth listening to. Surely Duo-Art had at least some musical merits which kept it competitive. Come on Duo-Art people.....do us proud....and remember..........you're in competition with the Ampico!
