Question for AOG: Do you think Turing's death was justified?

More importantly, do you feel it was suicide or murder? For those who don't know, Turing was outed as a homosexual at a time when society considered it to be mental illness. He was fired from his job and the incident ended his career. Turing had ties to various secret work and at that time homosexuality was considered a security risk. Turing died from cyanide poisoning, presumably from an apple. Some suggested he lived out his favorite fairy-tale, 'Snow White'. Others claim he was murdered.
