Those are not triplets. You are doing doubles and then coming down on the snare for the third beat in your 'triplet'. Another thing I hear a lot in this vid is a double on the bass drum, a snare hit and another double on the bass drum. Also not triplets.

Forgot to say before lol, but nice playing; I'm working on my single bass drum triplets right at the moment, amongst other things. Double bass doesn't appeal to me that much.

Thanks, i used a double bass pedal for a while but when i saw how much dave grohl influenced people i thought of trying all of that sort of stuff with one pedal.
