i wouldnt let the pup that near to your face, when he's acting like that. he is jsut a pup, but he is showing agressive tendencies already, he is showing you he is the alpha male. the undersodes of cats and dogs are sensitive, and when they show their belly, they are being submissive to the alpha. you are not the alpha, and he doesnt want you touching him there, and is going to bite your face off when he is older.
