yes i have and read it when it first came out. i believe it is better to test your biochemistry to see where it is at rather trying to guess what will work. I tried the blog -type diet and did not see any difference.

How do you get this tested? Do you just go to the doctor and ask for an food allergy test?

I am 68 years old female. I am allergic to food rich in potassium. I take potassium tablets 1/2 at a time 6 times a day to equal 3 tabs a day. I was also prescribed to use Benadryl. The potassium causes me hives/urticaria with uncontrollable itching and extreme discomfort. If I do not take the potassium I could have a heart attack. Steroid/side affects. Is there any one with info that can help me? Seeking serious responses. Phone calls welcomed. HELP

I am seeking help for my 68 year old mother who suffers greatly from allergic reactions to potassium. She takes potassium tablets but gets and suffers uncontrollable hives/urticaria.If she does not take the potassium she could have a heart attack. She is fearful of the side effects of steroids.
