This fruit looks like lychee inside, is the taste similar to the lychee? or more sweet? I seen it at henrys market but never get to taste one...I love lychees and longans and will love to try this fruit too

Rambutan is from Indonesia and Malaysia, not from Thailand. Rambut means hair. So rambutan means hairy fruit
