it wasn't about whether or not they made enough money, it was about that they DESERVED a share of the money from itunes and reruns and those things, because it was unfair that the network company got an unlimited amount of money depending on downloads, etc, but the writers had fixed salaries when they were the ones making the episodes

No it is because the companyies dont give teh actors/writers(mainly writers) any of the money that they make off of things like itunes and such! And it doesnt help when kids go and download seasons off thing like lime wire and stuff. And thats all i know! lol

@crunkingirl "Deserves???" Why would someone need to deserve to be at a protest? He may not be apart of the show anymore but if he still supports not only the show but the writers then he has the right to show that support. He's still an actor and still part of the business. You may not agree with his opinion whatever he said to get him fired from the show, but saying he doesn't "deserve" to be there and show his support for the cause is just small minded.
