I have one similar, I think mine's a tad newer. Same cage, ivory in color, great condition and fully working. Just got it. I really wish my low speed was that low. Mine has three versions of high speed. :) That one's totally worth restoring.
It runs quite well, it just needs a serious restoration. I am committed to restoring my Dominion box fan now so I will be distracted for a while. I have what I believe will be a wicked custom painting scheme. Hopefully it will come out ok...

That's likely a fan meant for factory or large office use. Seems to be very quiet actually.
