vulcan is alot heavier and comes with less darts, punisher comes with more darts(durh) lighter and the spinning barrel makes the darts spin and like a football, when spiralling through the air it goes farther

well if you put fresh bateries it should... and with nerf they rent like really good at consistency. ie, i got 4 mavericks, the ranges were : 20 23 24 and 49... odviously the last one wasnt made the same as the ones before. so, maybe your just unlucky. cut the pins out, u get better ranges and can use stefans

it all depends. nerf guns have a tendency not to be consistent. it also depends what kind of darts you use. for example, streamlines go farther than screamers, screamers go farther than taggers, and everything goes farther than suction heads.... those SUCK
