And society isn't the same anymore aswell, if a new band had created now another appetite for destruction, it wouldn't have any big success... Sad but true.

Yes society might be different but they would still sell out hundreds of shows if they did a reunion tour. slash could be in the wrong key and axl could be out of tune and it would still be the best thing to happen to music in the past 15 years. sweet child of mine is what broke them in to mainstream and i think if a song that good came out now it would have the same impact. you dont have much faith in music!
