  • valerie i'd like to bend you over on that couch. don't worry i'll pull out and cum on your ass.

  • Did anyone else read that little box to the left at the end??

  • lol yeah WARNING: THIS IMAGE HAS BEEN RETOUCHED TO DISTORT YOUR IDEA OF PERFECTION. i thought i was the only one that noticed.

  • Haha that's a "wtf" if I've ever seen one.

  • It would have been useful to know how many almonds and raisins in each bag.

  • yeah i need more things that i can just carry around in my purse or something - something that wont take long to make that i can just grab and gooo .

    checkout my vids :)

  • oh you're right, i didn't notice that, they should correct it, lol

  • Fat free? That is incredibly misleading. My jar of almonds says a serving (1/4 cup) has 14 grams of fat. 14 GRAMS OF FAT! Yes, the fat from almonds is better from you than the fat from a bag of chips. The video's description is incredibly misleading! The raisins by themselves would be a fat-free snack.

  • i'm pretty sure she just said the raisons would sweeten and are naturally fat free but never claimed the almonds were fat free...bc well, yea they have monusaturated fats...

  • I agree with you I think the trainer said the raisins were fat-free, but the text description of this video is what's misleading.

  • I like the idea of it being portable, especially if you are traveling by plane (It's really hard finding good food around when you are hungry!)

  • Lol, was this a product placement commercial, like they do in the movies? I wish ET had eatin M&M's peanuts instead of Reece's Pieces. Yeah this was a product placement comment.

  • no really it isn't or it wasn't intentional. No one paid for this video. I PROMISE!

  • It's alright Sarah. As long as you put your good name and honest stamp of approval there's no harm done and if you get paid for endorsing a good product then all the better. If you approach it like Consumer Reports with an objective eye then all your viewers will be better served.

  • I would like to know how Valerie recommends the portions. For a snack I'd guess you wouldn't want over 150 calories... so how many of each would that be... approximately?

  • How many almonds are you allowed to eat?

  • i generally go with a handful, not really exact i know. i think you fill find on the packet that a serving is a 1/4 cup, but i find a small handful to be no more than that and plus i get all almond out and cant eat too many anyway!

  • thanks! =]

  • i bought those almonds last wk...yay im on the right track lol

  • i hate almonds and raisins... raisins arent even really good for you, theyre full of sugar. almonds are good for you but they dont digest very well, so dont have too many. i just hate nuts personally

  • That's all great if you like almonds and raisins :/

I like them, but not that much, I can't eat them that often.

  • can you substitute the almonds for pistachios? Almonds make me breakout

  • only thing i switch up is....

i like to use an apple with almonds because an apple has higher volume and actually fills me up while the almonds serve the purpose of healthy fats and long lasting energy.

Also the apple doesn't really spike my energy but does give me a nice boost for an hour... then the almonds for another hour... then after about 2hrs I'm ready for an actual meal

  • Raw cashews and raw peptios/ pumpkin seeds are great also!

  • Eat RAW almonds, and make sure the raisins or other dried fruit don't have any sugar added!

  • i used to hate raisens when i was younger i realy like them now though, realy nice with porridge ( thats oatmeal if you are american)

  • Ok whats wrong with saying american?? why do i need to spell everything right before i put down american?? this is the fucking internet no one spells everything perfectly!! you agressive prick! ( i was actually just trying to be helpful i didnt put anything derogatory in my original post )

  • mcflurey667 was not putting down Americans. In my country we also call it porridge. Americans call it oatmeal, so what? if you said oatmeal (that's porridge for Australians) I would in no way be offended because that is in fact what we call it. Many countries have different names for the same item (cookies and biscuits is another) that's just the way it is, there is nothing wrong with it and certainly no need to be offended by it. Good on you mcflurey667 for considering other people :)

  • wow mcflurey667 did not do anything wrong, at ALL.

  • cheers , yer i was just being considerate, there is just people out there who like to get offended over nothing i spose.

  • Did you actually read her post? What gives you the right to criticise her when she clearly did NOT put down Americans?

  • thanks, yer i know i was just trying to be helpful, then i get my spelling insulted lol, oh yer and im a guy not a girl lol

  • Woops sorry!! Hehe... used to females on the weight loss/diet channels!

  • lol no problem, i like this channel there is useful info for general fitness , and good exercises to incorperate in my workout.

  • I keep the snack size baggie of almonds and raisins on hand in my bag all the time! You never want to be caught out and about without your snack! Love the almonds/raisins...they truly are the best and have worked for me!

  • i love to snack on almonds!!

  • I love their milk...mmm

  • Awesome!! I like the little quiz at the top haha. You should do that again from time to time!

  • I just bought some manuka honey coated almonds yummy!

  • soak your nuts .......all nuts.....it releases the enzyme in nuts that the body has a hard time digesting.........you take a handful of your nuts soak them in a cup of clean water (spring, distilled, reverse osmosis etc).....i soak them over nite and ready in morning.

  • Good snack idea! I use hand of

almonds and raisons, bring it to

work to snack on and it fills me

up untill lunch or supper time:]its

perfect to bring along on bike rides/hikes.
