well the story to this is... I trampoling 1 hour a week for like a few months which isnt much :(.... but then i stoped...

and as for this corkscrew i saw it on youtube and was like ive gotta do this lol and for the next few days  tried it maybe for20 mins a day... an after a few i could get as far as i was on that vid... thnx 4 comment :)
