Gyroscope is spinning and there are LED diodes that switch on/off. There are a lot of schemes on the net for building it. Check for "propeller clock" (also here on YouTube).

Jaja, coge ahora una powerball regular y dime cuanto haces, las techno puntuan de más por errores en el marcador y generalmente es más dificil conseguir más revoluciones con ellas.

Lo dicho, dime cuanto te haces con una powerball regular (que a no ser que seas Pako, Campeon de España de Powerball, no creo que consigas hacer 15.000)
