  • @moomert1 No, I missed them. Sorry, I didn't know.

    I wouldn't mind a $50 60-in1! :P

  • @NESAtariSegaNerd Oh yeah the cab was pretty much dead. I sold somebody an arcade. In addition to the cash they gave me, they also gave me the pacman cab, a new jamma harness, a new 60 in 1 pcb, a new power supply, and a few misc other items. After selling off what I didn’t need and buying what I did need, the cab really only cost me $50 to get the cab in the condition you see it.

  • Next time pour gas on the control panel. And set it on fire. Makes it easier. Then trying to clean everything off.

  • That's something like what I wanted but I found what I want already

  • The cab is cool, I really like it

  • Can you say bezel, not beezel

  • @Transam4000 Only if you can say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, really fast, five times.

  • @Transam4000 lmao!

  • Can you say bezel, beezel

  • @Transam4000 "bezel, beezel"

  • how did you power the the jamma harness? Is a ac to dc converter all you need (fuses and filters)?

  • @marsh1468 I used an atx power supply.

  • @moomert1 I have one of those too. How do you wire your power switch/ monitor to turn on/off?

    thanks

  • @marsh1468 I'll send you a pm

  • Nice job. Keep it up.

  • Nice pacman. Very nice video too.

  • How much would you sell it for?

  • How much money did you put into it?

  • @Transam4000 Probably about $50 out of pocket after selling the left over parts

  • It's bezel not beezel.........lol

  • I totally forgot about it but what happened to your Street Fighter Alpha 3 Cabinet? I thought you changed the game or something.

  • moomert do you know where I can get a namco 256 system? Great work on the cab!

  • your missing some push buttons to fire on galaga dude.

  • @lllBoRUSSlll No I'm not. The fire button has been wired into the 2 player start button.

  • How in the hell did I miss this video!! I love the way it looks now, its just beautiful!! and the sound is really really nice. Did you use a pc monitor for the replacement? None the less bro, I am really impressed. Oh, btw, not sure if you saw the Pac Man video I threw up there yesterday but you might find it interesting :D

Thanks a lot bro for everything, really was a surprise opening up the box

  • @lukemorse1 yep, I used a pc monitor. I had a spare and it was way cheaper then shelling out cash to buy an actual arcade monitor. Besides, I have no plans on selling this cab so the cab having a pc monitor is not really an issue for me.

  • That turned out pretty good.

Any thoughts on the next addition to your game room?

  • @JayX37 I've been thinking about getting another shooting game or maybe a candy cab

  • Came out really nice man! What did you end up using for a monitor?

  • @jumblejunkie I used a turbo duo express with a giant magnifying glass

  • looks great.im jealous.i want thoes arcade cabnits so bad.

  • @KFXG you can have them........for the right price!!!

  • @moomert1 lol dont know if i can afforde one...how much for one?

  • Also wondered what you did for button 1 and two.

Did you daisy chain the player 1 and SW1 and player 2 SW2 together???

Would be a creative solution to maintain the original control layout but might be annoying when trying to rapid fire and not accidentally hit the other button. I'm 99% positive most machines ignore player 1/2 signals during gameplay.

  • @bucktheusa For this cabinet project, I did not wire up the player 2 start function from the jamma harness. Instead, what I did was wire up the Player 1 "fire" function to the Player 2 start button on the control panel.

  • Was checkin' out your cocktail build. Been tossing around the idea, but after all the parts and glass etc I might be better off waiting for a gutted cabinet.

I always thought the Jamma boards were like PC cards that plugged into the games motherboard. What you did was just connect a PC power supply to the card and a monitor and harness for the stick and buttons and it runs off the card without a mainboard? But if you left the Namco pac-man board you could have plugged in this card too?

  • @bucktheusa No not exactly. Unless a game is standard jamma, you can not just "plug and play"

Pac-man boards were not jamma. They had a different wiring configuration. If you were to stick a pac board in a jamma harness, you will not get the results your looking for.

  • looks good

  • Love your work man - always impressive :)

  • Love a 60 in 1 for my house i was gonna get one but not enough money for my birthday so i bought a genesis and a xbox the xbox has 6 or 7 games

  • BEEzle!

I'm lovin' this cab, I might have to look up the dimensions and build one eventually.

  • Looks great mate

  • Yo Mert, anymore interesting SFIV trash talking opponent stories? :)

  • @EmeraldDemon1 not really. When good onces come along, that is when I make vids on them.

  • @moomert1 OK cool. We look forward to them :)

  • @EmeraldDemon1 I got an arcade near me basically a childrens arcade with street fighter 4 as a arcade machine

  • @TheNews1990 That's nice.
