i have had a couple issues with customers due to the custom nature of my business... many customers don't realize all the work that goes into custom orders and that what they envision may not be the best choice... but the customer is always right so I am searching for new ways to intergrate their issues into solutions for how i do business. This video came right on time.

Sometimes you think you thought of everything when you set up your shop or booth at a craft show, etc... and I appreciate my customers because they give you the best feedback and actually help you move ahead. This is what I have learned. Next time you are more prepared. This is how we have grown, from our customers and their insight and questions they ask. I love it!!! =) You are so positive Angela!!
