That's actually a Wolverine. It looks like a bear but the long hair shows that it's not and the tail as well. You can see the hind legs brush it as it walks past the lights. They're very common in forests where bears are becuz they eat many of the same things bears do. They're even so aggressive that they will run bears away from their meals when threatened.
