@nuramber: Oliver - thinner face, mole on the right of his neck, eyes closer together, deeper voice, more awkward smile, and he's slightly taller

James - rounder face, scar on his left eyebrow, eyes are a littler further apart, smoother smile, and he's a little shorter

The way look at it, Oliver has more of a big brother feel to him the way James just seems more like the baby brother (despite there only being a 13 minute difference xD)
