Dad never ate Mom, as the cannibal is your brother and that woman was your aunt (if you are referring to the blonde one anyway), but you don't know til the end when you find out that Alma was her sister, and her father was a scientist experimenting on Alma, and Fear 2 had a different character from Fear 1.
