this game is so fun. my friend and i once made a sniper team. i was shooter nd he was spotter. we had mics so we talked to each other. then when i had to reload it was his turn to be shooter. ah fun. i hope bf3 brings the same experience. but it kinda looks like its going to be like COD. a fast moving fps (first person shooter) but i still have hopes for it.

the graphics are amazing on both consoles from my experience the PS3 is the best i have seen on any console, my capture card is absolutely crap for quality

Oh my god...my heart bleeds for all the people who long to be a member of optic..fucking hell...I swear, for some people that's all they care about, the recognition of a group of people who are a bunch of nobodies, sure the people who are in optic may be good, i don't really know. When I play I play to have fun and that involves me killing a large amount of people and me helping my team...but whats so fulfilling about being an optic...it's just sad.

i first played the normal mode too... i got still better to give headshots...but the first time i played hardcore it was just crazy... you died faster and you need mor reactions.. if you shoot at first your enemie has no chance...if he is first you have no more chance to win...only if you have a better weapon :D

its difficulter and faster

so you dont need much shoots to kill someone

my favourite with the sniper is the magnum....

you need 2 shoots or 3. ^^ and your enemie is dead....

Yeah thats why i like regular, you need MORE bullets to kill someone, it therefore promotes more accurate shooting and refines your accuracy more so than hardcore

DUDE if u add mags to a m24 it has the same stopping power as a m95.But the up side is that #1 faster bolt action movement #2 quicker draw of the scope.Nd those make all the difference n a sniper battle.

Oh yeah, for anyone who doesn't think the m16 is overpowered....sitting up on the hill where all the snipers love to go, I managed to snipe someone with a 4x magnum ammo m16 who was behind the attackers spawn on the first base in Arica harbor. That is all.

The point you bring up about the m95 is going to make me rage when the patch comes out. They are making all sniper rifles basically the do the same damage as the SV98, and you can do the math....if you are using something other than magnum ammo and you headshot him, he will survive....yay for taking a .50 cal round to the head because you are wearing BODY armor..../boggle.

its just insane, how do they think these patches up? A sniper rifle is a very high power rifle and theyve got it just right at the moment. If anything they need to patch M16/M60 with magnum ammo, they are more 'game breaking' at the moment

@Robaaaayy Well, they are patching those too, they will take 1 more bullet each to kill, and all the LMGs are less accurate when not burst firing , and they are significantly less accurate from the hip and while moving, but the m16 will still dominate.

m24 is the most well rounded sniper.

I prefer it to the gol, it has that good accuracy, good damage and quick reload if you cancel reload.

1) a specification slot 2 attachment that basically spots anything (puts an orange triangle above their head) that moves in the area youre looking at within a certain distance - big debate about this attachment

2) get 17000 points as recon to unlock spotter

3) get 34000 points as recon to unlock M95

smallest capacity of the sniper rifles bar (apart from) the semi-automatics, the automatic VSS (i meant that as naturally they will have a greater capacity because they are semi/fully auto) and the GOL which has 10 rounds (that was a genuine mistake, thank you for pointing that out)

Actually it is not always a .308 it can be used with the .338 lapua magnum and it is being replaced by the m110.

i didnt say it was only .308, i said it was equivilent to that civilian round to give an idea to people who many not be familiar with military calibres, and this rifle will use the 7.26x51mm NATO round in BFBC2 because it is being used by NATO forces. This isnt an information video about the M24 it is merely a review of it in this game
