Gammer sorry but that is a lie, it is impossible to have every wonder because 1. Some wonders need resources and 2. Unless your playing on Chieftain it is impossible to get every wonder and finally 3. In order to build the Hoover Dam you need a river. I doubt that you had a river and every resource required to build every wonder!
