That juicer makes me cringe...Such high speeds cutting the veg/fruit will increase oxidation and provide you with less nutrition. If you're looking for a quality juicer I would suggest the Greenstar Elite. Do your homework before investing in your health!

What juicer is this? Its looks like centrifugal juicer. Thats a very bad choice. You will get 50% juice with a Omega Vert or a Hurom juicer.
Which means 50% more nutrients.
Although the best juicers are Super angel, Omega twin great juicers and the holy grail of all juicers is the norwalk juicers.(this is a two stage manual juicer which is not so convenient and very costly)

You forgot to mention that all natural juices from vegetables and fruit should be consumed on an EMPTY STOMACH, otherwise it messes up your digestion. Drink first thing in the morning, or at least a half hour before a meal!
