To all the people saying this gun is slow. The gun obviously has EYES ON, in which the gun will only shoot if a ball is in the chamber, and since this is a gravity hopper or "shake and shoot" it only feeds as many balls as they fall into the hole, now of u have an electronic hopper, it will constantly feed paintballs into the chamber in which you will shoot as fast as you pull the trigger...

Why would dye put Co2 tank to starter kit.. i mean steel HPA tank doesnt cost much more and is way better for this gun.. thus getting fewer SLG:s sent back to dye witch ultimately will cost them more money than to get the HPA tank with this kit.. Sorry to say but your business tactic with this marker packet sucks ass.

@mazrk8888 i can tell you right now that co2 does NOT work with the SLGs.. but the slgs are great guns for their price and they just came out with the "proto rail" which is the step up from the slg but you could always just look for a used 09 slg

I'm impressed. Usually these starter kits are more of a gimmick. But it looks like the primo loader isn't bad at all on the SLG. And I guess if they factory is throwing a CO2 tank onto the SLG the SLG isn't going to get killed by it. Plus the SLG is one of, if not the best Markers in it's price range. Props to Proto.

For those of you who continue to say "Co2 will ruin the internals of the marker" that is true for most markers on the market, however the slg is designed not to run it through the solenoid. What that means is that the only issues you'll have due to using Co2 with it are orings (Co2 eats them)

and more places fill hpa tanks however they are more expensive i have aluminum or steelie tank they are the cheapest but they cant usally hold as much air and are heavy. carbon fiber tanks are a lot mor expensive but are a lot lighter and can hold up to 4500PSI whereis steelies can only hold 3000PSI. brands a i have a pure energy and i think its good so far no ninja are supposed to be good i will tell you more in a PM

have that package and it works GREAT with co2 and the proto primo loader i have to admit... it NOT THAT GOOD because i put my gun in 15 bps and it didn't work great so i bought a velocity junior but AWESOME GUN AWESOME MASK AWESOME TANK AND STILL PRETTY GOOD LOADER ;)
