Is it even possible to think without prejudice? Can you remove the label of democrat, republican, ignore the invisible (yet, daily) influence of parents, leaders/show talk hosts on TV/radio, and for once think for yourself? It might be hard, because most parents imprint their ideology on children. Why take THE ideology and apply it to all levels of thought/opinion, and while at it, even go so far as to degrade those who do not agree with your ideology, just because of your emotions.

Why should people be forced to have access to substandard care? American Individualistic ideology makes it OK to ration care based on one's ability to pay for it? How many protesters had chronic illness, been denied coverage?

Do you think that that current system is flawless? If people are so upset about "bureaucracy" they should send social security checks back to Uncle Sam.

Look at all the professionally printed signs that support the health care bill, and notice that they are all together in the front -- which meant that Moran and company had let them in early. The people who came out to protest have hand-made signs and are all in the back. Speaks volumes, doesn't it?

If you pay for health insurance through your company, you're probably paying for abortions. 80% of insurance companies pay for abortions. When you pay premiums to private health care you are paying into an insurance pool that pays out for abortions.

On the other hand, the public option will not pay for abortions. There is already a federal law stating that the Federal Government cannot do so.
