In my book he will always be one of the greatest boxers of all time. For what he did in the 90s era, in a rearly recognized feather weight division was amazing. I really hope he gets a spot in the boxing hall of fame.

@GaryColinGATEX2418 don't say something as stupid as that, he was pretty much an entertainer but he was over rated and he had NO defence which is why barrera schooled him and he retired straight away before the top boxers embarrassed him. Cassius Clay is top 3 best boxers ever along with sugar ray robinson and henry armstrong in my opinion but you cant say that about naseem.

@BigAssPimp1987 I agree some what....alot of boxers gave him respect though, like Mayweather. He had a lot speed and plus his offense was his defense. He moved very differently then others to dodge punches. He had something to sell.....his style! Some boxers these days don't get creative.......they fight one way....so predictable!!! He gave a lot to the game of boxing. He showed boxers that you have to move at different angles.

naz is close to being great but hes second test after augie sanchez was berrara and he didnt take that chance. which pisses me off cus im a naz fan but naz isnt a great, maybe a 5 time world champion but just look at his record.. at that time such divisions weren't strong enough expect for heavyweight.
today we got marquez,floyd,pac,paulie,amir kelly,maidana,katsides,shane,bradley,ECT! naz at this time couldnt blame to atleast loose 2 or 3 fights. so whats was the point retiring at 28 ? wft

i was a huge fan of naz's but it dwindled abit when he kept bringing religion into the ring he has hes beliefs which are fine but the ring isnt the place for them i loved watching him because he was always entertaining not to hear about allah and the same goes for any fighter whatever their beliefs are.

I get tired of reading so many negative comments on Nas. What a lot of you guys don't understand is when you are in boxing, you put you life and sole into it...
