Wasn't this ported to and then big time enhanced for the GameCube? My brother has a game that looks similar to this for the GameCube called MegaMan Network Transmission.

The Gamecube "Megaman Network Transmission" and this game are pretty much the same game. I'm not sure if it's an exact port.

@wwlinkisbest it is a japaneese only portable that competed against the Gameboy color. it wasn't released anywhere but JAPAN.you can go on eBay and get on for about $30.00 or get a Wonder Swan(like a Gameboy,Black And white for about $15.00. and some Wonderswan color games are compatible with the Wonder Swan color games run about 10 to $20.00. and make sure the Wonder Swan color game is compatible before buying it. look on Wikipedia for more details.

I downloaded Oswan for mac and it doesn't seem to let me perform any actions besides pressing the B and Start buttons (I haven't tested other games). If anyone knows what the problem is, please reply to this comment.

Well this emulator has a lot of buttons...i think oswan is a windows only emulator. Try searching for a mac version.

Man, the graphics are on par with the gba, but the sound is worse than the original gameboy. The hell is up with that

I think the hypercam was responsible for the music skipping occasionally.

I know that but in general, its 4-bit sound, less than the Nes. Some good sound wouldve really made this stuff quality games

damn...this game is sooo roughly made. the background seems like paint, the viruses are not rightly scaled, the chips are so stupid. Moreover, the actions rockman did is just as the same as megaman series a few 10 years ago, like the sliding motion and the power charge.

lol they remade this for the gamecube here in the usa XD i think the gamecube version is better, mainly because of the graphics and stage designs XD but i love the vid, 5 stars

Yeah, the Gamecube one is fun. But in this one you get style changes (Fire, wood, elec).
