Not only would it make it louder but the exhaust note will sound clean and smooth.. I was gonna go with LM1's but my friend has a set up with Long tubes, and O/R x and LM1's.. But there is no tone to the sound.. Thats why i went with borla, sounds loud and deep ;)

I have a mach 1 with slp lm1 exhaust and no catalytic converters . If I get slp long tube headers will it make my car even louder?

It sounds awesome with the Borla's bro, i just had alot of leaks on the header collectors, but its all fixed now and turning heads!!
