I dont think anyof us americans were underestimating the intertnational talent. You when some and u you lose some, that is true of any and every country. But phelps is the best. Period. Thats not an opinion, nor is it debatable. The USA swimmer are proud with good reason, this girl on works out 2-5 hours a day, and is just 12. She is a state/ zones/ nationally champion, and only 3 seconds off OT qalifying. She deserves it :)
