It kinda grew based on hetalia day 2009

And the mods of the group organize random meet ups so yeah these things happen~

People just pulled in other hetalia lovers so it makes it easy to find people willing to cosplay

You can always start something like that in Ohio and u never kno, u may find alot of people! =)
