How much sodium is in them?! I doubt seriously they could be all that healthy and I'm sure they are packed with chemical preservatives.. I'd like to actually see a label before I made a purchase, I don't want to blindly buy something that could be doing more harm than good.

The military also allows the troops to be exposed to toxic chemicals when deployed so I wouldn't necessarily assume MREs are nutritionally adequate. Interesting nonetheless.

It's true. I always hear how people are angry about how little calories there are in the entree of an MRE but they need to remember that that's only the main part of the meal. It's not including the side dish or snack or anything else. Thanks for the vid.
