im sorry ratmouth but i hate to disagree. driving a stick does take more skill reason being is baking and down shifting. if your on a track course you have to down shift and rev match to exit the corner with power. in an auto you dont have to worry cause everything is done fr you(well not very well but it is) you just brake and then slam on the throttle. a manual transmission gives total control on a car, and allows you to stay on the power band as please. but i still hate stick on rush hr hills

Unlike you I'm a car fan and like a lot of different cars especially American, including stangs but the SRT8 Challenger is an extremely cool car and the interior is not cheap with power leather seats heated & a 6.5" navigation system with 30gig HD for tunes and yes some people have squeezed 4.4's out of them,,Motortrend was able to do 0-60 in 4.7 easily over and over with the automatic,,,for a big car these time's are great and shows how well made the SRT8 is and the power of the 6.1L Hemi .

i dont know why so many people think the 0-60 time is 6secs on the r/t model. Its 5.5 secs to 60. And if your saying 4.5 secs to 60 for the camaro the trim your referring to is the ss trim which produces 420hp. It will do around that time, but you cant compare it to an r/t challenger. You would have to compare it to the srt-8. It does 60 in around the same time 4.5-4.7 secs.
