No, this music's been used more than once. I don't watch the anime yet, just read the manga, but I've seen this music in more than 1 clip. And trust me, it's absolutely the Amulet Angel theme.

Well, it's both. This theme is Amu's character change theme. I think it even plays during Amulet Devil's transformation, aswell.
