it is disheartening to read some of these comment and see that racism is still alive and well. Egypt is a country on the continent of Africa. Egypt is also in the region once known as Kush, a land ruled by Negroid people. Most people from Africa would be called black or Negroid. Just as of today, the earlier Egyptians depicted life in vivid colors, black white tan blue green, etc. Knowing all this you can not tell me Egypt was not ruled by black people. @msjnoble Ethiopians are genetically distinct from say, Nigerians or Zambians. There are also all sorts of admixtures in Etheopic populations, with North African, Black African, Nilotic and Asiatic Semitic influences all present. Actually, I dont have the view you ascribe to me of black people, i grew up in Zambia, loved the country and the people, youre safer in Lusaka than London or L.A! And I can tell, for example, a Bemba and Xhosa apart on sight.
