  • beautiful park! :)

Big an green, nice for city animals

  • it's good to see that Alera can walk around without dragging his bottom !

You are a wonderful daddy to him !

  • A man who loves Animals with this type of passion truly is a man!

A Man who cares and loves animals will also teach his future offspring to be gentle and care for animals! You make me feel so happy that you care for all these animals! Especially Alera! Keep up the great work!

  • I think it's wonderful for Alera to explore the nature and feel grass under his paws!

  • what's irritating me is the laughter of the filming guy... the cat seems to be irritated and frightened, although the idea of giving the cat a way to move is gracious. but the movie looks like the cat doesn't understand why it can't just stand up and walk :(

  • you did your best with alera and all the animals...i wish u alot of happines in life, you are a good man

*please check out my cat vids*

  • You earned my respect, man, for all the hard work you are taking up to take care of this cat.

    God bless you

  • You are so amazing for taking care of this kitty. Most people would have just had him put down.

  • You have just gained a fangirl!!!!! YAY for helping the poor kitty! LOL No I want back in my box!!!!!

  • You are truly a man among men! Suggeston: Since alera has limited mobility, why not get Alera a LazerLight. He will get plenty of exercise following it. Also, he would enjoy the soft movements of a Lava Lamp Light which would entertain him while you sleep. Walmart carries both these items. Also, I suggest using screensavers with movement and color to further entertain Alera. God Bless You.

  • You're so good to Alera!!! I ♥ u2

  • Guess Alera forgot what it was like outside when you first saw him. lol

  • Good Job Dude! Alera looks healthy and getting exercise too, thats so awesome! God will surely Bless You! Keep up the good work, I have three cats myself, there a handful but I love everything about them they are like little people :)

  • ngothyeaun,

I'm glad you took Alera in and nursed him back to health even when there was no hope of a life without sutaining a dose of suffering. God Bless You

  • @ diannehh,

why can't I take my cat out?

why you are you saying bad words here?

why can't I laugh? I am not torturing Alera.

we were having good times when camera is off.

  • Aw. Thats sveet. Btw, what accent of yours is tht? Brazilian?

  • Cmon it's normal he's a little scared he don't go outside often. And with all he's been through i think he need some fresh air sometime! He will get used to it my cat too was scared to death the first time i went to the park with him but now it's ok i mean he can't leave him inside for 15 years.

  • Cats don't sweat. They pant. Alera was most likely just hot and worn out. But I agree, te probably scared the **** out of him.

  • the cat s not in a panic, he is a bit dehydrated from the exercise, imagine of you were forced to run oh say, idunno about 2 miles with no form of liquids to drink. a cats body does not retain water like that of a dog, and definately nowhere likethat of a humans. (and no I am not saying that ngothyeaun did not bring along water for his cat) that would be senseless. and also the cat did look like it took a little getting used to beig back outside, from living inside for that long.

  • diannehh yes the cat is scared but hes not torturing it and when it was breathing its cuz it was probably tired

  • @diannehh Ok, if you think giving his cat EXERCISE is wrong then what do you suggest? The cat is crippled, meaning this is it's only form of exercise. Do you suggest they let the cat lay there all day? Do you understand the language of obesity?

  • i love your videos, sir :)

i tried taking my cat out, but he's such a wuss, he kept clinging to me, haha

i'm glad to see this. really glad. :D

  • oh, dear. why don't you go and take it somewhere else. i'm getting sick of your inhumane and childish comments...

it is not our fault that you weren't raised properly. i'm sorry to say so.

  • this video is funny! lol. is ALera not used to going outside? cause i noticed that he always keeps coming back to his small cage.

  • Great job!

  • You did such an amazing job with this cat. He looks like he is doing so much better.

  • jeez this is so funny, imagine a fox just came lol

  • He's doing so well with the cart! You can see he's gotten stronger in the front legs. Cheers to you both!

  • XD Aww, poor kitty isn't used to the outdoors yet. So cute.

  • What a fantastic person you are!! Thanks to your love and care Alera is a beautiful cat living a wonderful life. I wish there would be more people like you!

  • Malaysa is doing alot better now :)

  • Not just Malaysia. Everyday there is killing ( livestock industry) all over the world.

  • I have watched al your videos from day one when you first found Alera behind your uncle's house. What a handsome young man he has turned out to be. He really gets around in his wheelchair well. Thanks so much for being an animal lover to Alera...where would he be without you? keep the updates coming....i thoroughly look forward to seeing the progress he is making. My cat looks like Alero's twin. I rescued him 6 months ago.

  • you are a very kind person. Alera is beautiful

  • This is wonderful to see! Alera is out of his comfort zone...so, of course, he became anxious.

If he keeps going to the park, it will eventually be a familiar place for him that he can enjoy.

  • she kept going back to her cage SOOO CUTE

  • aww lol poor silly Alera! he stood there just looking around for quite a long time haha and you can tell he was kinda hot and needed some h2o lol atleast he got some sun =} I want to just grab him and just clinch him real tight =}

  • Alera has come such a long way! You're a most kind and compassionate person:) May you be able to carry on helping vulnerable animals on and on!

  • YOU ARE SO AMAZING! You should receive an award for this. You are so caring, you gave this cat an amazing life... without you, he wouldn't have this great life he's living. your life will be long and happy.

    You are an astonishing person!

  • that wheelchair is so cool, you are a wonderful person for doing this much for a cat

  • when I saw your 1st video of Alera I cried. I thought "what will happen to this poor little cat?" Now I see how strong he is, and usually calm. Alera knows he is in a safe place and you are just challenging him to do more, which is what a caring person does

  • you did a really great job. He came a long way and he's just as adorable as any cat

  • Aww good bit of exercise and confidence building :)

    Well done!

  • You have ALOT of patientce(sp) for this kitty!I bet its very grateful.Too bad there isnt more people in the world like this.

  • Respect man. alot of people would not give 2 shits abotu the poor little guy.

  • This stunning little creature has come a long way, and thanks to good souls like you!

  • lol just wants to back to his cage

  • Still has the same sounding meow as the first video you posted...how adorable! My cat reacts the same way outside...she freaks out so we don't take her out much- just enough to get her some fresh air!

  • you really care about him having a crippled cat is a big responseabillity so cute of a cat though

  • You are really a good guy. Alera looks very adorable. Of coures, he is so lucky to meet you and you do take care with him so much. Wish Alera happy forever. Keep on the good job. Wish most people like you so kind to take care those poor cat :)

  • cats do pant when they are nervous or scared.

  • or thirsty or tired don't try and make everything sound bad

  • hahaha....alera is so cute when d moment u brings him out he quickly rush back inside the carrier, and alera is a big cat now,how is d dislocated jaw kitten doing now,is he alright or did somebody has adopted him?

  • Inside Alera,he is so grateful to have you. Blessed to have you as his daddy! You are good spirit inside u.

  • Bless you for your contribution to those beautiful animals.=D

  • yay alera :)

  • Alera is getting sooo big!!! :D I'm glad it was his turn to have a little fun.

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaw <3 he looks much better now

  • He look like tried. I think the wheel very heavy

  • That is good.

That is first time for cat to go outside.

    God bless you! :)

  • I think it's great! I'm sure he enjoyed his outdoor time! :-)

  • Alera just has to get used to being outside again. Good to see him used to his wheelchair.

  • it's sad that it's like that, but at the same time it's just so cute.

  • Wonderful to see Alera outside, of course he would be a bit scared, but he had Daddy close by! Great photos too Thomas. Love always xxx

  • good for you guys taking him in hes a very good looking cat

can i ask what happened to his leg? im glad your getting him out of the house and getting exercise i dont think cats are meant to be inside animals

we got a white almost complitly deaf cat it will sit beside the vacuum while its on but will freak out when a dog barks

  • Can you explain to me which part of the video is being cruel?

  • Dont listen to him or her she dosent know that alera is just a little shy about it.

  • No part is cruel, you are wonderful! It is to be expected that Alera would be a bit scared the first time out - his panting showed that, keep up the good work - he is a very LUCKY cat. Thank you Thomas.

  • Hey Thomas, that's great! With a little bit more practice I'm sure he'd get the hang of it. It's fun to watch him walk around in the wheelchair.

He didn't know what the outdoors was like, so naturally he's afraid of the wind, the leaves in the trees, the cars, the kids screaming, etc. Eventually he would get used to it but you would have to bring him outside more often.

Thanks Thomas, good job and good video!

  • Alera is doing great with his wheelchair! I think he just wanted the safety and security of his carrier. He probably remembers what it was like to be abandoned outside in h is earlier life and wants no part of the outside, anymore. That's how my cat is. He is so cute! Love Alera! Good to see you Thomas!

    Joanie

  • I doubt he remembers.

  • Cats have terrific memories for stress and abuse. One time my cat got himself covered in shampoo, I had to stick in the bath and clean him off, and he hated that. Now every time I'm carrying him past the bathroom and he sees into the tub he either wriggles or cries. I gave that bath over four years ago! And he still remembers.

  • I can't stand it when they get so hot they pant like that. He just wanted to get back in his carrier! No Daddy No!! So sweet and fun to watch! Looks as if Alera is doing good!

  • What a sweety! Alera looks absolutely fabulous. What? No cone? LOL! I think in time, he won't be so eager to run back to his safe little cage. The panting - my cats do that too, when it's hot. Good work, Thomas!

  • He got so hot he started panting. Lol. I hope hes doing well.

  • Cute video, I have a cat that was hurt bad and has bad back legs. It was a stray kitten around my house and it had gotten hit by a vehicle one day and both of its back legs got severly crushed and it went away for a few days and then we found it almost dead and took it in. Now its healthy but both of its back legs are deformed and curved inwards because it was crushed so badly. He can still walk but he prefers to do hop-run thing to get to place. he is all healed up now and good

  • Not sure my comment posted...but Alera is so adorable with his little wheels! I am sure he will grow to love his outings in time. :-)

  • awhh :] he's cuteeeee.

  • this was great...at least you tried

  • Haha, poor Alera. He's so timid about nature. :)
