@jefflyall94 Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits) himself is the composer and the original performer of this tune. He wrote it as part of the soundtrack for the movie "Local Hero". The tenor sax version was originally played by Mell Collins (also Dire Straits), if I remember correctly.
