I have 2 EBMM JP 6's, but latley I've been digging one with headstock not painted like yours, dunno why. Nice sounds, Im curious how this pickups are through basswood body.

Yeah, only some of the more recent BFR models have been made of alternate body woods (mahogany, alder, etc.)
