Manny Pacquiao has never faced a boxer of the skill level as Floyd Mayweather. Nearly every BIG NAME Pacquiao has beaten was either washed up, washing up, or a boxer already dispatched and dismantled by Floyd Mayweather. Floyd will not be a stationary human punching bag. He will bob and weave, stick and move, give lots of angles, counter with jabs, hooks, crosses, tie Pacquiao up and clock his ass coming out of a clintch - things no opponent has ever done to Pacquiao.
(5) LAST - Manny Pacquiao deserves all props for what he has accomplished in such short time. He's very gracious and humble. It's just too bad he's the exception among his Filipino brethren and fans. They are very ignorant, homophobic and have the nerve to be racist.

The lease holder of the "sweet science" - An opponent who has never known defeat! - Pacquiao will meet a fighter who's elusive maneuvering ability, unmatched defensive skills, counter strikes, sneaky jabs and "check left hooks" are frightening.
(2) In choosing Mosley, Pacquiao will meet a boxer/puncher who, unlike previous opponents, wields the power to knock him out within 5 rounds. Unfortunately, he's an aging fighter who's years of combat in the ring is beginning to show, or NOT.

In choosing Cotto, Pacquiao will meet a familiar foe with whom he's already beaten. So the only gain would be another weight class title.
