  • That lead guitar gives me an erection!

  • I was all prepared to not like this! It is a Johnny Cash song - no one else should record it! but was I in for a surprise! Alan Jackson made it his own!!!!!

  • I got a copy of "34 number ones" for Christmas. Woohoo!

  • i'm looking for this music without voice, you know where i can get it ???

  • @dcrnanfrabe search Ring of fire karaoke

  • leave it to alan jackson to do a classic song like this the justice it deserves awesome job...unlike that american idol dude who did it adam something or other

  • I like it. I like it alot.

  • Go Alan, fuck them all !

  • No one can do this except Johnny Cash i'm afraid...

  • Hatalmas!

  • I hate all the ads on here. but the only one I like is the Discover Commercial with Peggy. "transfer", "Transfer", "Transfer", "Transfer", " Hello, my name is Peggy".

  • fail

  • KLASSE !!!!!!!! BESSER ALS JOHNNY CASH !!!

  • its nice and all but johnny cash is somebody that no one can touch idc who it is

  • I´m a big Johnny Cash Fan, but I gotta admit, that I do like this version, too.

  • Johnny would roll over and raise a finger to you Alan Jackson for the debauchery that you have made money from... I almost kind of liked you a little, but this.... Sir, you should be strung up over this one... If I was Johnny, I would come back to life, just to eat your brains, so you cant do this again... I rate this one 1 middle finger up!

  • @dhall1112 you my friend are in idiot

  • @dhall1112 bobby30143 Looks as if @dhall1112 could use lessons in English along side of Bobby30143. To correct the two of you, first Bobby made a error with the word "grate" It should have been spelled "Great" Next is dhall1112 . the correct adjective to of used would have been either "an" before idiot or just simply "a" idiot. Maybe you were going to say "an idiot" since the n follows the i in the word in, but I and A are miles apart on the keyboard, so I have to wonder who's the idiot?

  • @dhall1112 Points for creativity.

  • alan jackson should scrub his throat with a wire brush after this butchering of one the great iconic songs from the man in black!

  • Alan Jackson should go shoot himself....My ears are bleeding after hearing him sing this. The music is terrible, he screwed up the lyrics, and he can't even hold proper tempo for it....EPIC FAIL!

  • johnny without cash

  • the best man to sing a song...is the man who wrote it Pebbe91...and thats JC

  • johnny cash an't dead he just went home

  • Probably the best version of this song I've heard, other than Johnny Cash of course. I think next Alan Jackson and Martina McBridge should team up and do "It' Ain't Me Babe."

  • @catskillcrazy...you obviously haven't heard JOSH TURNER sing it...now THAT'S the best version...

  • es ist absolut notwendig J.C. songs immer wieder und immer wieder neu zu singen...it is absolutely necessary jc songs to sing again and again and to sing them in a new way again and again and...

  • waaaaaaaaaaaaay better than Johnny cash

  • Who would you rather remake a Johnny Cash Song Alan does it verry good

  • awesome song Alan #1 alwayz

  • ~~ALAN IS #1 IN COUNTRY MUSIC GRATE SONG ~~ O NEED THAT HAT

  • I hope Johny Cash comes from the dead and kills you.

  • This one is great, but George Canyon's version is amazing!

  • HEY! I just noticed something.

anyone here think Jhonen Vasques was a fan of Johnny Cash?

  • i always loved this song... my daddy was a big Johnny Cash fan... xoxo

  • Love AJ's version....

  • The best

  • For anyone who's wondering, Lee Ann Womack provides the female vocals.

  • OMG!

  • cash for ever..and alan jackson ;o)

  • As Hank Jr. said in a song......"Hey just because the old is good don't mean the new is bad". I prefer Alan's version. Good job.

  • @MrBoyatHeart1 I couldn't agree more, Alan's is definately a bit better than Johnny's.

  • @MrBoyatHeart1 Im sorry to hear that,... hats o bad.

  • @MrBoyatHeart1 good and bad...i think some old songs, in some way, can never be outperformed, you just have to feel the original song. the reason is that musicians used to have more freedom and time in producing a song in a way that you can not do anymore nowadays, because of all the demands from record companies, stress in the industry to perform, and so on.

  • with all the respect to mr cash, everything alan jackson does tunrs out to be perfect. thousand thumbs up to both versions.

  • Great great great!!!

  • OMG he makes my mouth water! yee haw Alan.

  • then they say what walmart got is no good could have fooled me

  • 34 number one,s got her great album

  • now it,s got that ring to it LOL just what it needed

  • alan your are so good man this music is so good johnny cash was so good legend

  • the cat walked in and set my christmas tree on fire, he climbed climbed climbed, hit sum bulbs and stripped the wires, now it burns burns burns, this trees on fire!

  • @weiserbud67 lmfao

  • On wich cd is this song?!

  • my dream. love you Alan.

  • I bet Alan is truly honoured to cover a song by such a legend.

And I bet if he were still alive, Johnny Cash would thank Alan for doing such a great job.

Because that's what country is, and there's a great respect for each other between everyone.

  • i LOVE this song

  • voz gostosa eu amo ouvir alan jackson...

  • I want to hear Josh Turner do this song, his voice would be perfect

  • my brother huge johnny cash fan, said johnny is rolling over in his grave lol, but I did not like it

  • love alan jackson but he should not have sang this song...not for his voice,,,johnny cash would not like this version of his song :-( not your best aj

  • @coreyfeldman234 johnny would have liked this, alan didnt try to make the song his own or take anything from johnny he done it as a tribute

  • Usually, i love Alan Jackson, but i also love J.R. Cash, and when i heard the beginning of this verion, i knew, that is one of the ones, that should have never have been recorded, all respects to Alan, but IMHO the singing is ok, but the instrumentation is .. well... not fitting for this song.

  • kernalfrerrett11 it a good things for jhonny cash to sing the song ring of fire

  • thank you so much i had been waiting like 6 years to get this song into my a.j collection since i heard a preview of it like 6 years ago in a movie called cowboy up !! thanks

  • @MultiRusito yes cowboy up that was an amazing movie

  • I want to learn this song on guitar, but I don't think I'm worthy of knowing a song done by both Johnny Cash and Alan Jackson

  • This version is terrible. Leave it to Johnny.

  • man i wish more 14 years like me can see this real music instead of the crappy 'rap' 'music' (more like an insult to music) that they listen to today. another hit for alan jackson!!!!!!!!

  • Awesome song. Now THIS is country!!

  • hi this is what i call country music.not like the rubbish i hear on radio sometimes.i just cant get this out of my head .i play it on my keyboard all the time .i love it.

thanks for the video .it just goes to show ...your never too old for country music. im 72

  • Actually this is real country music and not that many new artists are releasing, for the love of God we need to rethink what Country Music is and what is not.

    God Bless You All.

  • actually today's country needs more alan and more johnny cash rather than the non-country crap that they play these days. ya rascal flatts is good, but they shouldn't even be playing taylor swift. lol

  • @buster1325 i agree. taylor swift is an ok pop singer, but on the occasion id wanna listen 2 her id go on utube. rascal flatss is more like southern rock imo, not bad, just not very country.

  • who is the woman singing? she has a beautiful voice...

  • @troface420 Leann Womack

  • fuck swift

  • @arrogon77 fuck u

  • @arrogon77

    fuck u

  • Merry Christmas to all Alan´s fans!

  • this song is SICK !!! betta then johnny cash

  • @condog123able you punk ass nigger, get your ghetto ass of of a country song, we still use the confederate flag ass hole

  • Great job on the song...I like it...

  • Love this song the long.....

As always as usual, Alan Jackson is on his normal high qualities

  • first off. this is my brother's acount and he doesn't like country. but as far as the song goes, it is good but the trumpets made the whole song and with out them there is no song.

  • Dont get me wrong, i love this version, but the J.C version is way better... RIP Johnny Cash

  • @JohnnyCashfan94 He's not dead.

  • @rybo30 yes he is

  • @rybo30 Here's a man that get's "it"

  • @JohnnyCashfan94 john will never die until the day the every last trace of his music and great life is destroyed

  • @JohnnyCashfan94 --------all music is best when the original singer sings it--if you like the original singer--that makes it a matter of opinion-----I respect your choice--but for me theres nobody like ALAN JACKSON--whatever he sings--turns this old lady on---lol

  • @JohnnyCashfan94

no doubt. nobody is better than Johnny Cash

  • I love this song and I love Alan Jackson's version. I think he put his typical Alan stamp on it and stil paid great respect to the Johnny Cash version

  • As far as a complete mess of crap, that freak Adam Lambert gets well deserved credit for that. What killed me was people thought was actually great! I remember thinking there must be an awful lot of people who couldn't hear. Can't imagine what Johnny Cash would've said.
