if you want real good blue lights, you probably want HID's. Theyre awesome. You can usually get them for around 100-150. look into them.

you can get them on e-bay for around $90. they range from 8,000K (which is a light blue tint) to 12,000K which is like a dark purple. Just type in your type of car and year and type in HID lights and you should find them. if you still cant find them, lemme know and I'll try to help more. HID's are awesome
